This looks fascinating.  It has already been proven that the Buba (priests) of the Lemba Tribe of South Africa, who have a mesorah of being descended from Kohanim, are genetically related to both Ashkenazi and Sephardi Kohanim.  Perhaps these are our long lost brothers and sisters.  Perhaps also the African Americans who built this country.
